OVERNIGHT CAMP

To register for the overnight camp you need to complete the following forms. Click on the link to download the form.

Registration form and $100 deposit or full payment will reserve a spot in camp. The remaining forms must be turned in prior to the first session of camp. Campers will not be allowed to particpate unless all necessary forms are complete. Camp balances will be due June 15. Campers registering after June 15 need to pay in full. There is a $25 administrative fee for all cancellations and deposits are non refundable after June 1.

PRESEASON CLINIC

To register for a Preseason Clinic session you simply need to complete a Registration Form. Click on the link below to download the form.

Registration form and $100 full payment will complete registration for a Preseason Clinic session. There is a $25 administrative fee for all cancellations and payments are non-refundable after August 1.

These sessions have sold out the past few years so get your registration in early to ensure a spot.

* Due to our proximity to the Millstone nuclear power plant, the state of CT requires each camper to complete this form granting or denying permission for camp officials to administer an Iodine Tablet to your child in the extremely rare case of a nuclear disaster.

** If a camper is taking any mediation (even over the counter allergy/cold medication or ibuprofen such as Advil or Aleve), especially including prescription medication, this form MUST be completed in order for the medication to be present at camp.
