This camp option is specifically designed to enhance your physically ability and conditioning as it relates to the sport of volleyball at a time of the year that will prepare you for your upcoming season. Throughout this 10 session camp we will focus on providing a foundation for increasing your agility, balance, speed, power, vertical jump and core strength...all very important physical factors for volleyball players. Sessions will last 75 minutes and will be run by Connecticut College head volleyball coach Josh Edmed. Enrollment is limited and spots will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
