8. A small amount of spending money for use at the camp store (pizza, drinks and snacks at night as well as selected volleyball gear).
* Due to our proximity to the Millstone nuclear power plant, the state of CT requires each camper to complete this form granting or denying permission for camp officials to administer an Iodine Tablet to your child in the extremely rare case of a nuclear disaster
** If a camper is taking any mediation (even over the counter allergy/cold medication or ibuprofen such as Advil or Aleve), especially including prescription medication, this form MUST be completed in order for the medication to be present at camp.
